Gala Reminders:
1 The Gala is Saturday, October 17th.
2 Doors open at 5:00 PM.
3 When you arrive, please stop at the check-in table, where you will receive your meal ticket and table assignment.
4 Everyone must be seated by 6:00 PM, so please plan accordingly and arrive early enough to get checked in and settled.
5 Parking is complimentary for Gala guests. However, if you choose to stay overnight at the hotel, you will be responsible for covering your parking charges.
6 If you are required to pull a parking ticket when you enter the parking lot,please keep it with you.
When you are ready to leave, push the button at the exit and let them know you attended the Gala. They will assist you with exiting.
7 The parking gate should be up one hour before the event begins and remain up for one hour after the event ends.
8 Most importantly, we look forward to seeing everyone there and celebrating this very special occasion together!
