Lost, frustrated, confused, or just looking? If that’s you, 6 reasons why FBC Pittsburg is for you!

First Baptist Church of Pittsburg is a Baptist congregation founded on God’s Word. We are a self-governed body of believers committed to sound teaching, discipleship, outreach, and missions.

Warm Welcome

Our friendly members, ushers, and greeters make sure you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. You’ll never be a stranger here.

Meaningful Worship

Our services are filled with praise, prayer, and powerful preaching that ushers in the presence of God and inspires life change.

Sound Biblical Teaching

Every message and class is rooted in Scripture, helping you grow in your understanding of God’s Word and how it applies to everyday life.

Kid Programs

We offer a safe, loving environment led by trained teachers and volunteers who guide children in their faith. All workers complete background checks and follow safety protocols. Children’s Church includes worship, Bible lessons, and activities that build strong spiritual foundations.

Purpose & Partnership

We believe that membership means partnership. It’s more than attending… it’s joining together in faith and purpose. As partners in ministry, we serve, teach, and reach our community through outreach, discipleship, and missions that reflect Christ’s love in action.
